The hotel offers outstanding service in a central and convenient location. Rooms are spotless and well-equipped, though some noise could be an issue. Dining is superb with a great selection of items. The facilities are top-notch but somewhat noisy.

The hotel offers lovely rooms with great views, spacious and clean, although a kettle in the room for early morning coffee would have been nice. The management's decision to remove reclining chairs from the balcony was a small disappointment. The restaurant provides self-service meals with a mix of options including a full English breakfast or continental choices, with special waiter service for Gala meals during Christmas and New Year.
