The hotel offers outstanding service in a central and convenient location. Rooms are spotless and well-equipped, though some noise could be an issue. Dining is superb with a great selection of items. The facilities are top-notch but somewhat noisy.
The hotel offers lovely rooms with great views, spacious and clean, although a kettle in the room for early morning coffee would have been nice. The management's decision to remove reclining chairs from the balcony was a small disappointment. The restaurant provides self-service meals with a mix of options including a full English breakfast or continental choices, with special waiter service for Gala meals during Christmas and New Year.
The hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, thanks to the attentive cleaning staff, but the final impression was marred by the lack of space. The service had its highs and lows, ranging from grumpy encounters to pleasant experiences with helpful staff. The location was convenient for beach access and nightlife, but the presence of older guests and organized naps slightly affected the ambiance. The dining options had their moments of excellence, especially the breakfast buffet, although occasional disappointments were noted. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
